Global supply chains for critical minerals are undergoing a structural shift.
Western economies are actively seeking reliable sources of copper and lithium outside highly concentrated production regions.

As global demand accelerates, securing long-term access to these strategic minerals is becoming increasingly important for Western industry.
CapAries is currently opening a structured investment round to finance the development of its supply chain activities.

Additional capital raised above the minimum threshold will support operational expansion and working capital.
CapAries currently offers two participation structures.
To ensure transparency and investor protection, CapAries applies a controlled investment process combining independent oversight, escrow protection and regulatory compliance.
For equity investments, CapAries works with an independent Dutch civil-law notary.
The notary supervises the share issuance process and the registration of shareholders in accordance with Dutch corporate law.
This provides investors with additional legal certainty.
All funds for equity investments are transferred exclusively to the notary’s third-party escrow account (derdengeldenrekening).
This means:

The procedure for bond participation depends on the jurisdiction of the investor.
