We will take you through the entire process in advance. We start with a critical intake interview in which you indicate what your requirements for the candidate are. Using this information, we start searching for you. At the same time we agree on a period within which CapAries will propose the suitable candidate to you.
We also make an agreement about the costs in advance. These are completely transparent. CapAries employs the ‘no cure, no pay’ principle and charges a fixed percentage of the candidate’s gross annual income for the recruitment.
